🌟 My Turning Point
I grew up in a world where calorie counting was king. I followed the rules, hit the numbers, and waited for the magic to happen. But instead of feeling great, I felt drained, hungry, and stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting.
In my mid-twenties, I stepped away from dieting completely. No tracking. No guilt. Just living. And in that space, I discovered something powerful: nutrition isn’t about numbers! it’s about nourishment. I re-educated myself, shifted my mindset, and built a system that worked for my life. Since then, I’ve felt vibrant, in control, and truly nourished and that’s the feeling I want to help you find too.
🌿 Why I Started This Blog
After years in a high-pressure career in Buying and Procurement, I realised that good nutrition isn’t just about food it’s about energy, clarity, confidence, and self-care. I used my professional skills to create efficient systems for meal planning and shopping that made healthy eating effortless.
I help busy people eat well and live well right here, in the real world.
In a perfect world, we’d all have hours to cook, unlimited ingredients, and zero stress. But real life is full of work commitments, social engagements, family preferences, and monthly grocery budgets.
